The program, schedule, participating athletes, categories, competition order, and other elements of the event may be subject to change for organizational, sporting, technical, safety, or force majeure reasons.

In the event of a substantial modification or postponement of the event, the rights and remedies provided by applicable law and any specific conditions of purchase will apply.

 

14. Refunds

Except as required by law or specific product terms, there is no automatic right to a refund for:

• • voluntary failure to use the service;

• • user device incompatibility;

• • insufficient user Internet connection;

• • purchase made by mistake after the start of the supply of digital content in cases where the right of withdrawal has been validly lost;

• • personal inability of the user to attend the event.
